About The Role

As a Business Analyst in the Automation Platform team, you will support platform enhancements and drive the adoption of automation solutions. You will work closely with delivery teams, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business needs into practical outcomes. This role contributes to transformation initiatives that deliver measurable value across technology and operations.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a platform subject matter specialist, translating business needs into clear and actionable requirements
• Collaborate with product owners and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with customer strategy
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and solution reviews to support agile delivery
• Analyse and document requirements, validate outcomes, and support solution design
• Build strong relationships across technology and business teams to deliver successful outcomes
• Support testing and post-implementation activities to ensure smooth transitions and positive customer outcomes

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in business analysis within technology, automation, or platform teams
• Strong understanding of Agile practices and structured approaches such as BABOK for solution design
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve competing priorities effectively
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure and modern platforms
• Strong facilitation and communication skills to guide discussions and align stakeholders
• Ability to analyse complex problems and deliver clear, customer-focused solutions
