Hiring: Workplace Operations Coordinator (12-Month Contract) – Sydney

We are looking for an experienced Workplace Operations Coordinator to join our team in Sydney on a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day workplace and facilities operations
  • Deliver exceptional customer and employee experiences
  • Coordinate office events, employee engagement activities, and office celebrations
  • Manage workplace health, safety, and fire compliance requirements
  • Ensure emergency response and evacuation plans are maintained and up to date
  • Coordinate first aid training requirements across the site
  • Resolve employee and customer requests within agreed SLAs
  • Manage vendors and service providers, including cleaning and maintenance suppliers
  • Coordinate ad hoc repairs (lighting, plumbing, and general facilities issues)
  • Support future office refurbishment or relocation projects

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities coordination, or office management
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with vendor management and workplace compliance
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

    Location: Sydney

    Contract: 12 Months
