Hiring: Workplace Operations Coordinator (12-Month Contract) – Sydney
We are looking for an experienced Workplace Operations Coordinator to join our team in Sydney on a 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day workplace and facilities operations
- Deliver exceptional customer and employee experiences
- Coordinate office events, employee engagement activities, and office celebrations
- Manage workplace health, safety, and fire compliance requirements
- Ensure emergency response and evacuation plans are maintained and up to date
- Coordinate first aid training requirements across the site
- Resolve employee and customer requests within agreed SLAs
- Manage vendors and service providers, including cleaning and maintenance suppliers
- Coordinate ad hoc repairs (lighting, plumbing, and general facilities issues)
- Support future office refurbishment or relocation projects
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities coordination, or office management
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with vendor management and workplace compliance
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Location: Sydney
Contract: 12 Months
