We’re partnering with a highly respected national architecture studio known for delivering design-led, award-winning projects across Australia.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Registered Architect with a strong design focus to play a key role within their residential sector, contributing to high-quality multi-residential and mixed-use developments.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to work across design-focused project teams, where you will:

• Lead and contribute to concept design and design development on major residential projects
• Drive design excellence and project outcomes across multiple stages
• Engage closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Support the transition from design into delivery and design management
• Influence projects through strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills

About You

You are a passionate and design-driven Architect who thrives in a collaborative studio environment.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Registration (MUST)
• Proven experience delivering multi-residential or mixed-use projects
• Strong design capability (concept + early design stages)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A natural ability to lead design conversations and influence outcomes
• Exposure or interest in Design Management / project leadership pathways
• Proficiency in Revit
