A highly regarded Perth law firm is looking to add a Commercial Dispute Solicitor (3–8 years PAE) to its growing team. This is an opportunity to join a firm that genuinely values outcomes over billable hours and has built a culture centred around trust, flexibility and collaboration.

• Commercial disputes and litigation

• Contractual disputes

• Shareholder and partnership disputes

• Competition and consumer matters

• Estate litigation (preferred but not essential)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Advising clients on commercially practical dispute resolution strategies

• Managing matters from initial advice through to resolution

• Drafting pleadings, legal advice and correspondence

• Running negotiations, mediations and litigation matters

• Attending court appearances and liaising with counsel where required

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

ABOUT YOU

• 3–8 years PAE within commercial litigation or dispute resolution

• Strong technical legal skills and sound commercial judgement

• Excellent communication and drafting ability

• The ability to work autonomously while enjoying a collaborative team environment

• Exposure to estate litigation would be advantageous but is not essential

• A practical, client-focused approach
