A leading telecommunications and technology services provider in Papua New Guinea is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales growth across the corporate market. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven enterprise sales professional to join a market-leading organisation delivering advanced telecommunications and ICT solutions to some of Papua New Guinea’s largest businesses. The Opportunity
You will play a key role in expanding enterprise technology services across Papua New Guinea by developing strong relationships with corporate customers and identifying opportunities to deliver integrated ICT solutions.
Working with both multinational organisations and major local businesses, you will focus on expanding existing accounts while generating new enterprise opportunities.
The position combines strategic account management and new business development, with strong support from technical pre-sales and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities'
- Drive revenue growth across enterprise telecommunications and ICT services.
- Develop strong relationships with senior corporate decision-makers.
- Identify and close new enterprise sales opportunities.
- Expand service penetration across existing corporate clients.
- Deliver tailored technology solutions across connectivity, cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise mobility services.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
- Represent the organisation within the PNG corporate business community.
About You
To succeed in this role you will be a highly motivated enterprise sales professional with a strong ability to build relationships and close complex commercial deals.
You will demonstrate
- Proven experience in telecommunications or ICT enterprise sales
- A strong track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing and growing enterprise client relationships
- Excellent commercial negotiation skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building capability
- The ability to operate independently in a dynamic international market
- Candidates with experience selling enterprise connectivity, managed services, cloud solutions or ICT infrastructure will be highly regarded.
