About The Role

We’re growing our sales team and looking for a driven Account Executive to help meet rising demand across our merchant network. You’ll be focused on acquiring and growing relationships with SMB and mid market merchants, owning the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to close. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and has a strong track record of closing deals at volume.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and engage SMB and mid market merchants across global ecommerce, loyalty and FX
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle - from outreach and discovery to product demo, negotiation, and close
  • Drive outbound sales activity while maintaining a tailored, solution-led approach
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine messaging and improve conversion
  • Keep CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) up to date with accurate pipeline data and forecasting

What We’re Looking For

  • An established network of merchant, ecommerce or payments-industry contacts
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or account executive roles, with a strong focus on payments for SMB and mid market merchants
  • Proven success in closing deals through outbound prospecting, at volume
  • Experience in fintech, payments, loyalty, or ecommerce is highly valued
  • Excellent communication and commercial negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and thrives in a dynamic, target-driven environment
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for innovative, tech-driven solutions
