Our Sydney sales team is expanding, creating genuine territory opportunities for high performing Business Development Managers ready to take ownership of their success.

This is a pure hunting role. No account management. No inherited clients. Your success is driven by your ability to create opportunities, build pipeline and win new business. Our top performers earn $500K+ annually, there are no soft or hard caps on your earnings!

What You'll Do

  • Build your own pipeline through networking, referrals, outbound prospecting and business development activity
  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close
  • Meet with business owners to understand their challenges and present Peninsula's market leading solutions
  • Manage your pipeline and opportunities through Salesforce
  • Consistently exceed activity, revenue and conversion targets
  • Build long-term relationships across the Australian SME market

  • Confidence engaging directly with business owners and decision-makers
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
