We're looking for a Senior Account Manager who leads with the business problem, not the product pitch. You'll own a portfolio of allocated accounts, drive cross-sell and expansion across Fusion5's full capability set, and position us as the partner of choice for every major technology and transformation decision our clients face.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the account relationship. Map, orchestrate, and manage ongoing stakeholder and executive relationships between Fusion5 and customers. Build and maintain your own strong relationships with client’s senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute Account Plans to retain and expand Fusion5’s footprint within key accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Exceeding sales targets whilst capitalising on cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver transformational solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Serve as the escalation point for major customer issues, ensuring swift and positive resolutions.
  • Present customers with value and insights, challenging them to achieve their goals.
  • Oversee project delivery and ensure client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Run a tight commercial operation. Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and CRM records.

What You'll Bring

The non-negotiables

  • 7+ years in account management, client partner, or solution selling - ideally within a system integrator, management consulting, or professional services environment.
  • Experience having C-level business transformation conversations. You understand P&Ls, change management, and how technology decisions connect to business outcomes.
  • A track record of growing accounts year-on-year through genuine cross-sell - not just defending existing revenue.
  • Experience selling cloud and on-premises Managed Services and solutions, working with key ICT vendors and distributors.

Strongly favoured

  • Exposure to data, AI or transformation advisory. Experience selling Microsoft ERP and CRM solutions or other Business Applications (ERP, CRM, CPM, or HCM) will be beneficial.
  • Industry experience in State Government and defence industry will be highly regarded. Plus, manufacturing, retail, distribution or memberships - sectors where Fusion5 has reference stories.
  • Background in professional services or consulting - comfortable scoping engagements, managing delivery risk, and building long-cycle relationships.
