We're seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join a collaborative Information Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting and enhancing the technology that enables the delivery of critical services across Queensland.

Working within a collaborative IT team, you'll be responsible for the administration, support and continuous improvement of a large-scale enterprise infrastructure and network environment. About the Role

As a Systems Administrator, you will:

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for enterprise systems and network infrastructure.
• Configure, implement and support infrastructure solutions across a large Microsoft environment.
• Manage server infrastructure, upgrades, maintenance and performance.
• Support infrastructure provisioning and participate in change management activities.
• Administer Microsoft technologies including SCCM, Group Policy and PowerShell.
• Monitor operating system and application updates and manage release cycles.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend infrastructure improvements.

About You

You'll bring:

• Proven experience supporting and administering enterprise IT infrastructure in a complex environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft server technologies, SCCM, Group Policy and PowerShell.
• Experience working within ITIL frameworks, particularly Change Management and Service Management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
