The Opportunity

The real estate industry is undergoing a significant transformation, driven by data, analytics and digital technology.

CBRE is seeking an Associate Product Manager / Product Owner to join our growing Digital & Technology team. In this role, you will support and enhance a suite of proprietary digital products within our Valuation & Advisory business, partnering with engineering, stakeholders and end users to deliver data-driven, user-centric solutions.

You will play a key role in product roadmap execution, Agile delivery, and continuous product optimisation, ensuring our products deliver measurable business and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and enhance a portfolio of digital products across Valuation & Advisory (Pacific)
  • Act as Product Owner within Agile (Scrum) teams
  • Define and manage product roadmap, backlog and sprint priorities
  • Write and refine user stories to support engineering delivery
  • Partner with stakeholders to balance business and customer needs, support global initiatives
  • Use data, analytics and KPIs to track performance, identify optimization opportunities and inform decisions
  • Conduct user research, testing and feedback loops to improve UX
  • Collaborate with local and offshore teams to deliver incremental value

About You

  • 1–3 years’ experience in Product Management / Product Owner roles (Degree in Technology, Business or related discipline)
  • Ability to read/write basic SQL, understand system architecture, and have experience with API integrations
  • End user support experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Data-driven with the ability to prioritise and solve problems proactively, Experience with analytics, databases or cloud platforms beneficial
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical user stories
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) and customer-centric design, exposure to multi region product delivery
  • Experience working with UX/Design teams - beneficial
  • Self-motivated with a strong passion for product management and advancing technology including AI
