The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in leading the design and delivery of complex, large-scale high-rise projects, working across all stages from concept through to construction.

This position suits a design-minded yet technically strong Architect who thrives in a collaborative studio environment and enjoys taking ownership of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of high-rise residential / mixed-use developments
• Oversee projects across all phases: concept, DA, documentation, and construction
• Coordinate consultants and engage with clients, stakeholders, and authorities
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and to a high design standard

About You

• Registered Architect
• 7+ years’ experience within Australian architecture practices
• Strong experience in high-rise / multi-residential projects
• Proficiency in Revit (essential)
• Solid understanding of local planning codes and construction detailing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A passion for design quality and innovative solutions
