Make an impact at Serco

You'll play an important role in ensuring the reliability, performance and continuous improvement of facilities management applications that support Fiona Stanley Hospital. Working closely with the FM Applications team, you'll provide advanced technical support, resolve complex application issues and contribute to projects that enhance service delivery. Your expertise will help maintain critical systems while delivering a high standard of service to customers and stakeholders. You'll also support innovation by identifying opportunities to improve application performance and operational efficiency.

As an Applications Consultant in the FM Applications team, you'll make a positive impact by:

• Managing Level 2 and Level 3 support for Facilities Management applications
• Troubleshooting complex application incidents and delivering timely resolutions
• Monitoring application performance, availability and service levels to meet KPIs
• Supporting application upgrades, testing, configuration and change management activities
• Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver application enhancements and continuous improvements
• Maintaining technical documentation, system health checks and operational procedures

You could be a great fit if you have:

• Application integration experience using Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies.
• Healthcare integration experience highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of data governance and security principles.
• Experience supporting and maintaining legacy applications while contributing to technology modernisation.
• Ability to manage applications across their full lifecycle, from support and maintenance through to enhancement.
• Well-developed troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working within ITIL service management practices or similar frameworks
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive stakeholder relationships
