About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and knowledgeable NDIS Coordinator to join our Client Services Division. In this role, you’ll guide customers through their NDIS journey, ensuring they access the right supports to achieve their goals and thrive with Endeavour Foundation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to customer enquiries with professionalism, clarity, and empathy
- Acting as a NDIS subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing accurate, timely quotes for funded supports
- Using Power BI and reporting tools to track KPIs and monitor performance
- Staying across all NDIS, NDIA, and price guide updates
- Identifying underfunded clients and advocating for appropriate funding
- Bringing forward innovative ideas to improve processes and customer outcomes
- Building strong partnerships with stakeholders to support shared goals
About You
You’re someone who brings professionalism, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting people with disability. You also bring:
- Accountability and ownership — you take responsibility for your work, follow through on commitments, and hold yourself to high standards
- Strong NDIS knowledge and a clear understanding of what NDIS funding means for customers and Endeavour Foundation, including staying up to date with NDIA changes, price guides, and rates
- Experience collaborating with families and decision makers to ensure customer needs and goals are understood and supported
- Customer‑centric experience and a passion for delivering high‑quality service
- Experience supporting people in a planning capacity — whether through goal setting, funding discussions, or service coordination
- Exceptional time management and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment
