About the Role
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a key role within the FPSO & Macedon Planning Team, coordinating maintenance activities across one or more phases of the maintenance lifecycle, including Assess, Select, Develop, Pre-Execute, Execute, and Close-Out.
You will be responsible for preparing and supporting maintenance campaigns in line with established asset maintenance procedures, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role works closely with cross-functional teams and reports directly to the FPSO Scope Owner.
This is a Perth based position operating on a Monday to Friday schedule.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible to own, apply and contribute to the safe operation of facility/asset using corporate and asset systems and processes.
- Provide appropriate support for the preparation, readiness and execution of activities with-in your team as well as support for other maintenance teams.
- Utilise the systems and processes that deliver efficient and cost-effective business outcomes (CMMS, Campaign Process, CI, Quality, Reliability etc.)
- Coordinate priorities that deliver the optimal outcome for the business.
- Managing all resource loading requirements against Production, Safety and Reliability Priorities
- Coordinating with OEM and Specialist Vendors to meet maintenance service and repair requirements
- Managing material readiness and tracking
- Managing people availability and competency requirements
- Tracking and managing budget spend aligned with the end of Field Life strategy
- Compliance to team activity plan KPI's.
- Encourage and support diversity and inclusivity.
- Lead by example in all aspects of role.
- Responsible for performance by setting clear goals and expectations & managing accordingly.
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated commitment to Health, Safety, Environment and Community (HSEC) standards, with a strong alignment to organisational values.
- Sound knowledge of process safety principles and their practical application.
- Proven experience in maintenance processes and systems, including SAP.
- Strong understanding of maintenance and project management practices, including HSEQ, planning, cost control, materials management, risk management, contracting, and resourcing.
- Well-developed knowledge of facility equipment, systems, and operational processes, including design and functionality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Preferred: Extensive experience working on offshore assets.
Qualifications
- Operations, trade, or tertiary qualification in Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline, supported by relevant industry experience.
