Working as part of a collaborative team in our Sydney HQ, you will be responsible for the delivery of timely and accurate end to end payroll for over 1000+ employees across Australia and New Zealand.

What you’ll be doing

• End to end processing of payroll for Australia and NZ including payroll variations, employee changes and calculating termination payments
• Investigating and fixing payroll variances
• Superannuation and Payroll Tax calculations and submission
• Assist with fortnightly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting
• Manage and ANZ payroll inbox

What we’re looking for

• +2 years experience in a payroll function, operating in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of legislation/awards relating to PAYG, payroll tax, superannuation and employee entitlements
• Qualifications in Payroll, Finance or Accounting are highly regarded
• Confidence using Excel - Pivot tables, V & XLookups etc.
• High attention to detail, organised and a quick learner
