Are you an Allied Health professional who believes strength training can change lives? Kieser is looking for a Care Navigation Administrator to join our Medical Partnerships team and be the welcoming first point of contact for new clients.

Kieser Australia is a network of integrated Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, and Strength & Conditioning Clinics. About The Role

Our Care Navigation Centre exists to deliver an experience of excellence from the very first inquiry. In this role, you'll triage new clients into the right Kieser service, setting them up for success through an efficient, empathetic, multidisciplinary support structure. You'll be the person who makes complex care feel clear, supported, and human.

What You'll Do

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Triage clients into the right service packages for their needs
  • Advocate for the role of strength training in injury prevention and rehabilitation
  • Coordinate care across GPs, specialists, and our clinic professionals
  • Connect patients to the right services and follow up on referrals
  • Manage eligibility checks, private health programs, and call outcome tracking

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualification in Allied Health, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science or similar
  • Experience in call management
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • A genuine passion for strength training and its role in a long, active, pain-free life
  • The ability to bring both compassion and structure to complex service delivery

Desirable

  • 1+ years administration and/or coordination experience
  • Previous role in care navigation and patient triage
  • Demonstrated passion for strength training
