About the Opportunity

Join RACV’s Business Care team in this hands-on operations role supporting the delivery and ongoing management of our Business Care offering. You will play a key role in customer case management, financial processing and operational support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and Salesforce cases with accuracy and professionalism
• Support account management activities including memberships, vehicles and service administration
• Complete invoicing, receipting, reconciliation and assist with debt management
• Maintain operational data accuracy, controls and performance tracking
• Identify and escalate system issues, working closely with internal teams to resolve
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

What you’ll need to be successful

• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail with strong time management and problem-solving capability
• Experience in billing, invoicing or financial processing
• Confident working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Excel
• Collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset

• 3+ years in operations, administration or coordination roles
• Experience in fast-paced environments, ideally insurance, roadside or fleet operations
