Client Support Representative - NDIS Allied Health Admin Role

At National 360, our Client Support Representatives help create positive experiences for clients, families and their care networks. Join our North Parramatta team and play an important role in connecting people with the allied health services they need while being part of a collaborative and supportive team.
About The Role
You'll be the first voice a client or family hears when they reach out for support. Based in our North Parramatta office and working as part of our national Client Support Team, you'll manage referrals, coordinate appointments and support client enquiries to help create a seamless client experience. Key Responsibilities
- Be the welcoming first point of contact for clients, families, referrers and stakeholders via phone, email and in person.
- Support clients through their National 360 journey, from referral and onboarding through to service delivery.
- Coordinate appointments and clinician schedules to create a seamless experience for clients and families.
- Assist clients to access services across NDIS, Aged Care and private funding pathways, with support and training provided.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation across our systems.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the office, helping create a professional, organised and client-focused environment.
- Work collaboratively with clinicians and our national Client Support Team to deliver an exceptional client experience.

About You
- Experience in administration, reception, customer service or another client-facing role (2+ years).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and confidently manage enquiries over the phone, via email and in person.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems and technology.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting both clients and team members.
- Previous experience within healthcare, allied health or knowledge of the NDIS sector is highly regarded, but not essential.
- An NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
- Availability to work 3 days/week from our North Parramatta office.
