About the Role

MSS Security is seeking dedicated a Full Time Control Room Operator to join our team at a hospital site located in Parkville . In this critical role, you will oversee control room operations, monitor CCTV feeds, and communicate effectively with roving security officers to address security breaches, alarms, and other incidents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyse CCTV footage for security issues.

  • Communicate promptly with security personnel regarding incidents.

  • Ensure adherence to security protocols and procedures.

  • Maintain detailed records of events and incidents.

  • Respond swiftly to alarms and emergencies, making informed decisions.

Skills & Experience

  • Full Australian Working Rights

  • Valid Victorian Security Licence with Control Room Endorsement.

  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR.

  • Working with Children’s Check (or willing to obtain)

  • Availability to work day shifts.

  • Prior control room experience required, with hospital experience preferred.
