The Role

Supporting Our Estimating And Project Delivery Teams, You Will Get a Front-row Seat To The Entire Construction Lifecycle. You’ll Be Involved In

• Assisting with accurate cost estimates and compiling project budgets.
• Procuring quotes and building relationships with our local subcontractor base.
• Conducting “take-offs” and preparing tender documentation.
• Liaising with clients and suppliers under the guidance of senior staff.
• Learning industry-leading software and modern project workflows.

Who You Are

• The Student/Grad: Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar.
• The Detail-Seeker: You have a sharp eye for the small things and a knack for organization.
• The Communicator: You’re comfortable picking up the phone and talking to a subbie or a client.
• The Team Player: You have a proactive, “can-do” attitude and want to contribute to a positive team vibe.
