The Details

  • Start: ASAP
  • Contract: Until 31st December 2026 (possible extension)
  • Location: Newcastle / Gosford / Coffs Harbour
  • Work Type: Full-time - 37.5 hours per week
  • Pay rate: $55.24 ph + super
  • Work Rights: Australian Citizenship required

Key Responsibilities

  • Web Content Publishing: Lead and streamline content publishing across multiple digital assets and websites based on user experience and accessibility principles.
  • System & Workflow Management: Administer and manage team inbox requests and correspondence utilizing Jira Service Desk.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Review and analyse website data to inform content placement, choice of channels, and overall usefulness for end-users.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage internal stakeholder relationships collaboratively while coordinating competing requests and demands.

Skills & Experience Required

  • CMS Expertise: Demonstrated experience working with Drupal CMS to publish high-quality web content.
  • Web Standards: Deep understanding of website functionality, technical terminology, digital accessibility, and current WCAG standards.
  • Desirable Tools: Prior experience with collaboration platforms like SharePoint and MS Teams.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Stakeholder Management: Sound stakeholder management skills to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
  • Inclusive Mindset: A positive contemporary attitude to disability, someone who will champion the needs of our audience, using evidence-based data to inform decisions.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in marketing, public relations, communications, or related disciplines are preferred.
  • Industry Background: Previous government, healthcare, insurance, or not-for-profit experience is preferred.
