We are seeking a proactive Database Analyst to take the lead on managing and extracting data from our CRM database, analysing and interpreting that information to spot key trends and movements in the market. Reporting to the National Director and Director in Charge, you will play an integral role in our hugely successful Property Sales and Leasing team, based in our Mascot office, working with key stakeholders across Australia.

As a member of the team, some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property transactions within the South Sydney industrial & logistics market, covering both Colliers and competitor activity.
- Monitor and manage lease expiry data across key assets to support proactive leasing strategies.
- Track and update the status of deals, including transactions completed and those currently in progress.
- Identify and communicate key trends, insights, and opportunities within the South Sydney market.
- Support brokers and internal teams with accurate market intelligence and data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with research and operations teams to ensure consistency across platforms and reporting.
Qualifications
The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:
- Recent completion or in the final year of a Property related degree.
- Proactive approach to your work with the ability to self-manage.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
