We’re looking for a Strategic Sales Manager to lead one of Australia's most strategic retail portfolios, spanning several iconic consumer brands and complex national operations across retail, eCommerce, fulfilment and supply chain.

About the role
As a Strategic Sales Manager, you’ll own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts within a dedicated Key Account Pod. You’ll lead end-to-end account strategy, shape commercial opportunities, and deliver sustainable growth outcomes; while building deep, trusted partnerships with senior customer stakeholders.
You’ll also lead a cross-functional Pod team, aligning capabilities across Australia Post to deliver coordinated, customer-led solutions and long-term value.
What you’ll deliver
- Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts, driving revenue, retention and share of wallet.
- Develop and execute end-to-end account strategies and long-term growth plans.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations, renewals and strategic initiatives.
- Identify and deliver new growth opportunities across your portfolio.
- Build deep customer insight and align account strategies to Australia Post’s broader objectives.
- Lead a high-performing, cross-functional Pod team to deliver coordinated outcomes.
- Drive executive-level stakeholder engagement internally and externally.
- Deliver strong commercial outcomes, underpinned by data-led insights and performance tracking.
About you
You’re a commercially astute, relationship-driven leader who thrives in complex enterprise environments.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts in a B2B environment.
- Strong track record of delivering revenue growth, renewals and strategic outcomes.
- Experience shaping and executing account strategies across multi-stakeholder environments.
- Ability to influence and build trusted relationships at C-suite level.
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, negotiation and growth strategy.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable account strategies.
