Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst to support delivery of high-quality solutions within an Agile project environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and supporting testing activities across the full software development lifecycle, ensuring systems meet business and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end test analysis and execution across multiple testing phases
- Develop and maintain test artefacts including test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test data
- System Testing
- Integration Testing
- Regression Testing
- Compatibility Testing
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage aligned to business requirements and user stories
- Utilise testing tools such as Azure DevOps and its extensions (e.g. Browser Stack, Test & Feedback) for test management and defect tracking
- Log, track, and manage defects, including participation in defect triage activities
- Prepare and present test execution reports, status updates, and quality metrics
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Production Verification Testing (PVT)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product owners
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Assist Business stakeholders in preparation of test cases and validation scenarios
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Test Analysis
- Demonstrated experience using Azure DevOps and related testing tools/extensions
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in manual testing across multiple testing types
- Experience in preparing and maintaining testing artefacts (test plans, cases, defect logs, reports)
- Proven ability to plan, prepare, and execute testing activities end-to-end
- Hands-on experience in defect management and triage processes
- Experience supporting business users during UAT and post-deployment validation
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and participation in Agile ceremonies
- Ability to ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects
Desirable Skills
- Exposure to additional tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, or automation frameworks
- Experience working in complex integration environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
