We're looking for a passionate and commercially experienced Area Manager to lead our NSW portfolio and be part of the next chapter of growth.

As our NSW Area Manager, you'll lead a portfolio of 10–15 restaurants, owning the performance, people, and guest experience across your area. This is a hands-on leadership role - you'll be visible in your restaurants every day, coaching teams, setting the standard, and driving results.

You'll also play a key role in shaping the area's future, contributing to local strategy, supporting new restaurant openings, and partnering with marketing on local area initiatives that build traffic and brand love.

What you'll do:

  • Own and drive guest experience, food quality and standards, speed of service, cleanliness, and hospitality across all restaurants
  • Be a visible, coaching presence on the floor - leading from the front
  • Ensure brand, operational, and compliance standards are consistently met or exceeded
  • Deliver sales growth, profitability, and productivity targets across your area
  • Analyse KPIs and trends to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement
  • Support execution of menu launches, system rollouts, and operational initiatives
  • Drive strong performance across all channels - dine-in, takeaway, delivery, and digital
  • Lead, coach, and develop your Restaurant Managers and store leadership teams
  • Support with recruitment, onboarding, performance, and engagement
  • Partner with Marketing to deliver local area marketing plans that drive traffic and brand awareness
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, WHS, and all regulatory requirements
  • Build a proactive safety culture and manage operational risk
  • Ensure restaurants are safe, well maintained, and presented to brand standard at all times

You're a multi-site leader who loves the energy of restaurants, gets a buzz from developing people, and brings genuine commercial nous to everything you do. You're as comfortable on the floor coaching a team as you are in a planning session talking strategy.

You'll bring:

  • Proven multi-site leadership experience in QSR, hospitality, or retail
  • A strong track record in operational excellence, sales growth, and cost control
  • Experience leading new store openings and taking teams through change
  • Exposure to local area marketing
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine guest experience mindset
  • Commercial and analytical strength - you know your numbers
  • Confidence to make decisions and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, influential communication skills across all levels
  • Resilience and energy - you're energised by growth, not worn down by it
  • Regular travel across NSW
  • Availability for weekend, early morning, and after-hours work as the business needs
  • Valid driver's licence and full Australian working rights
  • Relevant business or leadership qualifications preferred but not essential

If you're a driven multi-site leader ready to make a real impact across NSW, we'd love to hear from you.
