COOOP.co is not a conventional design studio. We pioneered Envirohacking, an evidence-based design approach that combines architecture, interior design and behavioural science to create hospitality environments that improve both human experience and commercial performance. Position 1

Senior Hospitality Interior Designer

Surry Hills, Sydney, Australia

Join our specialist hospitality design studio creating restaurants, bars and lifestyle destinations for leading brands across Australia and internationally.

Position 2

Client-Facing Project Lead

Dubai, UAE

Lead projects from concept through delivery while building strong client relationships across the Middle East. This role combines design leadership, commercial awareness and outstanding communication skills.

Minimum Requirements

• Qualified Interior Designer or Architect

• Minimum 5 years' professional experience

• Strong REVIT skills.

• Proven hospitality design experience

• Strong design presentation and client communication skills

• A passion for creating commercially successful, human-centred environments
