As Project Sales Principal, you'll play a key role in the success of two new retirement living developments in Bentleigh East and Brighton East. From first enquiry through to settlement, you'll guide purchasers through one of life's biggest decisions while contributing to pricing, product mix and release strategies that support the success of each project.

Working closely with our Development, Marketing, Operations and Sales teams, you'll help deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving strong commercial outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

Your focus will include:

  • Driving reservations, revenue and settlement outcomes
  • Qualifying, nurturing and converting customer enquiries
  • Maintaining strong purchaser relationships throughout construction
  • Managing customer pipelines through Salesforce CRM
  • Contributing market insights that support project performance
  • Collaborating across Sales, Development, Marketing and Operations
  • Coaching Sales Professionals where appropriate

About You

You'll be an experienced property sales professional who enjoys balancing commercial outcomes with exceptional customer experiences.

You'll Bring

  • Seven or more years' experience in property or real estate sales
  • Proven success in off-the-plan sales or another complex sales environment
  • A current real estate licence
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform

Experience within retirement living, land lease communities or residential development sales will be highly regarded.
