Food and Beverage Attendants – Hardy’s Verandah Restaurant, Martha Hardy’s & High Tea Service

We are seeking experienced and passionate Section Waiters to join the award-winning team at Mount Lofty House. Opportunities are available across multiple venues, Hardy’s Verandah Restaurant and Martha Hardy’s à la carte restaurant, as well as our renowned Hardy’s Verandah High Tea service. We are also looking for talented individuals to support our daily breakfast service for our hotel guests as well as work functions, weddings and special events.

About the Role

* Deliver exceptional service across a variety of luxury dining experiences

* Work collaboratively within a professional and passionate hospitality team

* Maintain the highest standards of guest care, attention to detail, and service excellence

About You

* Available to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings and weekends.

* Previous fine dining and/or degustation service experience is highly regarded

* Passionate about food, wine, and creating unforgettable guest experiences

* Holds a current driver’s licence and has reliable transport to reach our Adelaide Hills location.

Located at Mount Lofty House in Crafers, just 25 minutes from the Adelaide CBD, Hardy’s Verandah Restaurant currently offers an eight-course degustation menu, complemented by a choice of four wine pairings, as well as non-alcoholic and cocktail pairing experiences.
