About The Role
With a strong NDIS and disability focus, you'll work with a diverse range of clients across adult and paediatric settings, with the flexibility to tailor your caseload to your interests and career goals.
Your Responsibilities May Include
- Assessment and diagnosis of communication disorders
- Speech, language and social communication interventions
- Assessment and management of swallowing difficulties (dysphagia)
- Design, trial and implementation of low and high-tech AAC devices
- Development, implementation and review of evidence-based therapy plans
- Functional communication assessments
- Parent, caregiver and stakeholder education
- Collaborative care planning with Allied Health professionals, educators and medical practitioners
- Community, clinic and school-based services
About You
We're looking for passionate clinicians who want to make a meaningful difference and continue developing their professional expertise.
You May Be
- A qualified Speech Pathologist
- A New Graduate Speech Pathologist
- A final-year Speech Pathology student graduating in 2026
Essential Requirements
- Degree in Speech Pathology (or currently completing final year studies)
- SPA eligibility or Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Working With Children Check and National Police Check
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
