Key Responsibilities

The Operations Manager – Care Services is responsible for leading state-based care delivery, ensuring services are aligned to client needs, care plans, and regulatory requirements.

This role oversees workforce deployment, service transitions, and day-to-day operations while driving high standards of quality, safety, and governance. With a strong focus on operational excellence, you will optimise service delivery models, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance across all care environments.

The role also plays a key part in monitoring performance, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement, and providing insights to leadership. As a people leader, you will build capability across Team Leaders and frontline staff, fostering a high-performing, accountable, and supportive team culture.

About You

  • Proven experience in care services operations (NDIS, Aged Care or Community Services)
  • Strong leadership capability managing dispersed teams
  • Understanding of compliance, risk and governance frameworks
  • Commercial and performance-focused mindset
  • Data-driven decision maker
  • Passion for safe, person-centered care

Essential Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Community Services, Disability, Social Work or simulator a related field, providing a foundation in person-centered practice and service.
  • NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid driver license and full working rights in Australia
