About the role
We are looking for a Mobilisation Coordinator with a proactive and hands-on attitude to join our team. This role will support our remote and regional operations by ensuring our technicians and maintenance teams are deployed to our client sites in accordance with operational and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manages, supports, plans, and executes on mobilisation schedules.
- Interfaces with teams/crews, organising all logistics and accommodation for local and remote working.
- Liaises with service coordinator & manager, and clients to coordinate and update on mobilisations and resolve any issues arising.
- Maintains compliance and mobilisation registers, ensures that all licensing / tickets are valid for the duration of project completions.
- Identifies and reports on non-compliances (tickets/licences/qualifications/inductions) with service coordinator & manager.
- Provide back up support to Project mobilisation and service coordinator as required.
- Other duties to support the service department as required.
What are we looking for?
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in recruitment / workforce mobilisation / onboarding / logistics / in similar sector.
- Exposure to industrial / project / services sector / FIFO mobilisations.
- Understand the risks associated with mobilising crews on projects.
- Knowledge of licence / ticket compliance requirements against occupations / classifications and project work fronts.
- Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines and uphold safety compliances.
- Ability to work autonomously, solving problems, and prioritising work.
- Ability to work in a professional manner with external clients and internal staff.
- A high level of attention to detail.
