Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Organisational Development Manager who can build, deliver and influence, not just design from a distance. This is a role for someone who thrives on turning strategy into action and creating real, measurable impact across leadership capability and business performance.
Reporting to the Group Head of Organisational Effectiveness, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of leadership development and learning programs, from designing evidence-based frameworks through to facilitating, embedding and continuously improving them. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities shift regularly, requiring adaptability, resilience and a strong focus on outcomes.
Working within a lean team, you’ll roll up your sleeves and contribute across the full lifecycle of organisational development initiatives. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across Hotels, Entertainment and Ventures, building strong relationships on the ground to ensure solutions are practical, relevant and drive real business impact. This is an opportunity to shape leadership capability at EVT with strong executive support, genuine investment in people and culture, and full ownership of programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver leadership development programs that are practical, scalable and grounded in evidence-based practice
- Take full ownership of programs from needs analysis through to facilitation, embedding and continuous improvement
- Build leadership capability pathways across all levels, aligned to EVT’s people and business strategy
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple divisions to translate business needs into impactful learning solutions
- Maintain and enhance learning content within the LMS, ensuring relevance, accessibility and strong user experience
- Measure learning effectiveness and ROI, using insights to continuously refine programs
- Contribute to organisational effectiveness initiatives including talent development, succession planning and people experience
- Drive adoption of learning through proactive stakeholder engagement across frontline and corporate teams
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience in organisational development within complex, multi-divisional environments
- Proven ability to design and deliver leadership programs end-to-end, not just facilitate pre-built content
- A practical, commercially grounded approach with the ability to connect learning to real business outcomes
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a proactive, relationship-driven approach
- Background in HR, organisational development or psychology with a strong understanding of people and performance
- Confidence working in a lean team where you take ownership and deliver outcomes
- Experience with learning technologies and leadership assessment tools is highly regarded
How You Work
- Daymaker ethos, no one’s too big for the small things
- Inclusive leader, values diverse perspectives and builds belonging
- Owner’s mindset, takes accountability and focuses on outcomes and impact
- Hands-on and non-hierarchical, leads through action
- Agile and adaptable, thrives in ambiguity and pivots quickly
- Collaborative and pragmatic, focuses on what works over jargon
