Zero Harm Manager (BBT)

The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Zero Harm Manager to join our Energy and Utilities business supporting a major program in South East Queensland. Based in Brisbane, this role plays a critical part in partnering with our client and program partners to drive best practice health safety and environmental outcomes across the full project lifecycle.

As a strategic and consultative leader, you will influence ways of working, embed contemporary safety systems and champion continuous improvement. You will work closely with stakeholders across a complex operating environment to deliver measurable Zero Harm outcomes and strengthen a high performance safety culture.

What we are looking for

We are seeking a collaborative and influential safety leader with the ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level.

You will bring

• Extensive experience in Health Safety and Environment roles ideally within construction utilities energy or other high risk industries
• Proven ability to build trusted client and stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes across complex programs
• Strong consulting and problem solving capability with experience driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated success embedding and improving HSE management systems and frameworks
• Advanced communication and engagement skills with the ability to coach and mentor leaders and operational teams
• Experience using data and insights to inform decision making including reporting and analytics
• Relevant safety qualifications with a commitment to ongoing professional development

This role requires someone who can influence at all levels navigate complexity and drive a culture of accountability and high performance.
