Your New Role
The Member Engagement, Education and Advice (MEEA) division sits at the heart of our vision to be most trusted choice for super, advice and retirement. The Line 1 Business Risk team plays a pivotal role in achieving that purpose.
As Business Risk Manager, you’ll partner closely with the business to provide expert risk guidance and oversight, ensuring effective management of operational and regulatory risk across the MEEA division. This is a high‑impact role focused on:

- Designing, implementing and testing controls to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and the enterprise risk framework.
- Delivering risk reporting and insights to senior stakeholders, including risk forums and governance committees.
- Coordinating regulatory responses and support incident management, remediation and assurance activities across the division.
How do you exceed our expectations?
- The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple.
- Strong experience in risk management, compliance, audit or assurance, ideally within financial services.
- Deep understanding of regulatory obligations across superannuation, financial advice or managed investment schemes.
- Proven ability to analyse data, derive insights and communicate complex risk concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Track record of building effective stakeholder relationships and partnering on risk-in-change and transformation initiatives.
- Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with strong judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities.
