Job responsibilities

  • Supporting the Team Manager (Stock Control) across daily operations, time management, and opening and closing duties.
  • Mentoring Client Advisors and championing the integration of newcomers through coaching and buddy programmes.
  • Maintaining impeccable stock room organisation — from shipment arrivals and replenishment to packaging — keeping the sales floor always client-ready.
  • Managing delivery operations, MySR orders, courier bookings, and MyPR requests with precision and efficiency.
  • Upholding stock accuracy standards across reservations, deposits, RMS locations, defective items, and other specialised stock processes.
  • Providing seamless client-floor support, including stock collection, packaging replenishment, and gift wrapping.
  • Acting as back-up for CITES applications, repair shipments, DF claims, and Auckland warehouse correspondence.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve operations and championing best practice across the team.

  • At least 3 years experience in a retail specialty or luxury environment.
  • A proven track record in stock management, logistics, or operations within a client-facing setting.
