What your day will look like
Carry out routine greasing, refuelling and basic equipment inspections in accordance with company and site procedures.
Maintain accurate fuel/lubricant records and machine hours on all Equipment.
Assist with ongoing maintenance and optimisation of Emeco’s heavy earthmoving fleet.
Working safely and adhering to relevant HSE policy and procedures to minimise the risk of injury to yourself and others.
Provide support to Tradesman, Heavy Diesel Technicians and Auto Electricians to ensure all maintenance and optimisation targets are met on time and within budget.
Working with Emeco customers and stakeholders to meet larger organisational objectives.
What we’ll need from you
Must hold a valid HR drivers' licence (mandatory)
Minimum 12 months experience as a Serviceperson or equivalent role on a mine site (mandatory)
Exposure conducting service and maintenance requirements throughout OEM suppliers, including but not limited to: CAT, Hitachi, and Liebherr.
Licence to conduct high risk work with dogging, rigging, crane and work platform classifications desirable.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, and provide a current National Police Check.
