Technology is at the heart of KFC's future growth strategy. As Technology Procurement Manager, you'll help shape the supplier partnerships and commercial outcomes that enable innovation across our restaurants, digital platforms and corporate technology environment.

Reporting to our Supply Chain Director - Indirects, you'll lead KFC's technology supplier portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. From enterprise software and digital platforms to restaurant technology and infrastructure, you'll negotiate commercial outcomes, build strategic supplier partnerships and help ensure our technology investments continue delivering value as our business grows.

Working closely with senior leaders across Technology, Finance, Legal and Supply Chain, you'll play a key role in strengthening supplier performance, governance and commercial outcomes across one of Australia's largest quick service restaurant networks.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR TECHNOLOGY PROCUREMENT MANAGER

• Develop and deliver KFC's technology procurement and category strategy, balancing commercial value, supplier performance and business risk.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, commercial negotiations and contract renewals across KFC's technology supplier portfolio.
• Build trusted partnerships with strategic technology suppliers, driving performance through governance, KPIs, Quarterly Business Reviews and ongoing collaboration.
• Develop and continually improve technology procurement governance, approval processes and compliance frameworks.
• Optimise KFC's software portfolio through licence management, lifecycle planning and commercial review.
• Partner with Technology, Legal, Finance and Information Security teams to support technology sourcing, contracting and supplier management.
• Provide commercial updates and recommendations to governance forums including Supply Council, Technology Panel and IT Steering Committee.
• Stay across technology and supplier market trends to identify opportunities that improve commercial outcomes and long-term value.

ABOUT YOU

• Experience in technology procurement, strategic sourcing, category management or technology vendor management within a complex organisation.
• Demonstrated success negotiating technology contracts across software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure or technology services.
• Experience developing supplier governance, performance management frameworks and strategic supplier relationships.
• Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to balance value, risk and long-term partnerships.
• The ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across Technology, Finance, Legal and Supply Chain.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree qualification and experience within procurement, supply chain or a related commercial discipline.
• Experience supporting multi-site retail, hospitality, QSR or franchise environments will be highly regarded.
