About The Role

Position

We are looking for an energetic individual with strong attention to safety and a professional, service-oriented approach to join our Facilities Management team.

This position plays an important role in maintaining Council’s depot facilities, grounds and amenities, helping to ensure depot operations remain safe, secure, efficient and well-presented.

A key focus of the role is supporting a safe working environment across Council’s depot sites while delivering high-quality customer service to Council employees, contractors and visitors.

  • Demonstrated experience working in a depot or similar environment.
  • Proven ability and willingness to undertake physical labouring duties.
  • Proven effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy with experience in the use of Microsoft 365 and other corporate software.
  • Current forklift ticket or willingness to obtain.

  • An annual salary range of $59,300 to $68,000 (plus 12% superannuation) dependent upon skills and experience.
