Joiner / Cabinet Maker

We're on the hunt for a Joiner/Cabinet Maker to join our team in South Geelong, VIC!

About the role

Reporting to the Store Development Project Manager, this is a hands-on, production-focused role where precision and pace matter equally. Whether you're looking for part-time or full-time hours, we're flexible - what matters most is the quality of your craft.

A day in the life

As a JOINER / CABINET MAKER, your daily tasks may include:

• Manufacturing and assembling cabinetry and joinery products to specification
• Interpreting plans and preparing cutting lists for each job
• Measuring, cutting, routing, gluing, and assembling timber components with precision
• Operating CNC, panel saw and other workshop machinery safely
• Ensuring accurate alignment, fitting, and finishing across all joinery work
• Working collaboratively with the broader team to meet deadlines

About you

The ideal addition to the #GhandaGang will have:

• Proven experience in joinery or cabinetry
• Sound knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials
• Previous experience using panel saw, edge banders and CNC machines
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
• Demonstrable ability to read and interpret plans
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn
