Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic ICT professional looking to make an impact? We are seeking a Device Replacement Officer to join a team of technical specialists dedicated to seamlessly managing the hardware life-cycle. In this role, you will help provide users with new equipment and ease them through the transition process, bringing adaptability and agility to deliver high-quality support and create true value

What You Will Do:

• Install, maintain, and support enterprise ICT environments and systems across desktop, mobile hardware, and Microsoft 365.
• Participate in the support and deployment of ICT hardware and software.
• Perform analytical and problem-solving activities within an ITIL-based framework to resolve technical issues.
• Consult, negotiate, liaise, and provide expert advice to staff at all levels regarding Information Systems infrastructure.
• Contribute to effective teamwork by working collaboratively and delivering high-quality customer service

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Demonstrated analytical experience identifying, investigating, and solving problems within a complex ICT environment.
• Proven ability to act proactively through self-direction and a strong willingness to adopt new ways of working.
• Knowledge of or experience with Operating System deployment methodologies or device imaging.
• Working knowledge of enterprise networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN.
• Ability to work in-office (Brisbane CBD) 5 days a week and perform frequent manual handling up to 15kg.
