Portfolio Assurance Analyst

As a Portfolio Assurance Analyst, you'll help ensure our programs and projects deliver with quality, compliance, and confidence. Working closely with governance, risk, and delivery teams, you'll support the implementation of frameworks, conduct assurance activities, and contribute to continuous improvement across our transformation portfolio.
You'll bring a proactive mindset, strong analytical thinking, and a collaborative approach, helping to influence stakeholders across all levels. Your work will support transparency and accountability, ensuring governance practices align with both internal standards and external expectations.
This role is a permanent opportunity and is based in Brisbane or Sydney.
Day to day, you'll:
- Support governance frameworks, standards and guidance to ensure effective program delivery.
- Collaborate with risk, governance and delivery stakeholders to embed policies and processes.
- Conduct assurance reviews across programs to ensure compliance and quality outcomes.
- Contribute to post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with initiative and sub-project gating reviews.
- Prepare reports and insights for senior leaders, governance forums and regulators.
- Ensure robust coverage of RAID and governance artefacts across assurance activities.
Qualifications
