About Our Client

PROXA Australia is a water treatment company that offers a range of water management services that cover the entire water cycle. Their aim is to support industrial expansion, whilst protecting the planet.

Proxa will be constructing a new water treatment plant at the existing Alcoa Kwinana Refinery and providing ongoing water management solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to a small operations team, assisting with a variety of office and site-based tasks. Duties will include data entry, PPE ordering, procurement and purchasing support, general administrative duties, maintaining safety system records and documentation, and occasionally driving to collect supplies or materials as required.

What You Will Need

• Previous administration experience in an industrial, mining, construction, or operations environment preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with procurement, purchasing, or inventory management highly regarded.
• Ability to manage PPE ordering and maintain stock levels.
• Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience maintaining records and documentation within safety management systems.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Current Driver's Licence and willingness to undertake occasional collection and delivery duties.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a proactive approach to work.
