About the business

This is a well-established, multi-award-winning digital performance agency based in Sydney. With an integrated team spanning Paid Media, SEO, Creative and Web, they work with a strong portfolio of eCommerce and DTC brands across retail, lifestyle and more.

They're known for being senior-led and genuinely consultative, clients work directly with experienced people, not junior teams. They're growing, and they're looking for a Paid Media Consultant to take real ownership of a portfolio of client accounts.

The role

This isn't a support role. You'll be the lead on your accounts, managing client relationships, developing strategy and running campaigns end-to-end across Google and Meta. You'll work across a portfolio of 4–6 clients in the DTC and eCommerce space, with monthly budgets ranging from $30k to $200k.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing a portfolio of 4–6 DTC and eCommerce clients end-to-end — from initial brief through to strategy, campaign build, launch and ongoing optimisation
  • Running paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax) and Meta (including Advantage+ and performance-focused formats)
  • Managing client budgets ranging from $30k to $200k per month, with a focus on hitting ROAS, revenue and efficiency targets
  • Building and maintaining direct client and stakeholder relationships — you'll be the point of contact and be expected to communicate performance clearly and confidently
  • Identifying growth opportunities within accounts and proactively bringing recommendations to clients
  • Collaborating with internal SEO, Creative and Web teams where cross-channel strategy is relevant

What we're looking for

  • 2–4 years of paid media experience in an agency environment
  • Hands-on experience across both Google Ads and Meta Ads — not just one channel
  • Solid DTC or eCommerce background — you understand the funnel and what performance looks like in a direct-to-consumer context
  • Comfortable managing client relationships independently and presenting to stakeholders
  • Experience managing meaningful monthly budgets and hitting performance targets
  • Commercially minded — you think in revenue and profit, not just platform metrics
