With strong market momentum, an established customer base, and significant investment in growth, they're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new logo acquisition across the Australian mid-market.

The Role
Owning a defined territory, you'll be responsible for building pipeline, managing complex sales cycles, and winning new business across industries including financial services, healthcare, infrastructure, government, and professional services.
Key responsibilities include
- Driving new business acquisition across the mid-market
- Building pipeline through outbound prospecting and marketing-generated opportunities
- Managing consultative sales cycles from discovery through to close
- Engaging senior stakeholders across IT, security, risk, compliance, and operations
- Working closely with Solutions Consultants to deliver tailored demonstrations and proposals
- Maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM management
- Representing the business at industry events and networking opportunities
The Candidate
You'll ideally have
- Proven success in B2B SaaS or technology sales
- Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise organisations
- A consultative sales approach with strong commercial acumen
- Confidence engaging senior decision-makers and C-suite executives
- A track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Strong pipeline generation and new business development skills
Experience selling cyber security, governance, compliance, risk, or adjacent enterprise software would be advantageous but isn't essential.
