Senior Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver complex ICT projects within a professional services/systems integrator environment. This role will suit someone comfortable leading multi-stream programs, working directly with customers, and contributing to pre-sales.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex ICT projects (on time, on budget, to scope)
• Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines and deliverables
• Identify, manage and report on risks, issues and dependencies
• Provide regular project reporting, including financial tracking and forecasting
• Act as the key client contact and escalation point throughout delivery
• Work closely with technical teams, vendors and stakeholders across multiple environments
• Drive adherence to project governance, standards and best practice methodologies
• Support pre-sales activities including project scoping and solution input
• Mentor junior PMs and contribute to PMO capability

What you’ll bri ng

• Proven experience delivering ICT projects within a systems integrator / professional services environment (essential)
• Strong background managing large, multi-resource, customer-facing projects
• Experience across the full project lifecycle (initiation → delivery → transition)
• Solid stakeholder management skills, including senior/executive engagement
• Strong financial and commercial awareness across project delivery
• Experience with Microsoft Project / Project Server or equivalent tools
• Excellent communication and reporting capability
• Consultancy background working across multiple clients/environments
• ITIL, PRINCE2, PMP or similar certifications
• Broader IT product knowledge across infrastructure, cloud or enterprise solutions
