Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted travel consultant for exclusive VIP clients
• Build long-term relationships through personalised, high-touch service
• Curate bespoke luxury travel itineraries and unforgettable experiences
• Manage complex bookings with accuracy across flights, hotels, and premium products
• Provide polished, professional support across all enquiries
• Stay across luxury travel trends, destinations, and lifestyle offerings
• Anticipate client needs and deliver proactive, tailored travel solutions
• Focus on service excellence and engagement — not sales KPIs

About You

• Experienced Travel Consultant with a strong retail or luxury travel background
• Confident using GDS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in every booking
• A natural relationship builder who thrives in premium travel environments
• Solutions-focused, resourceful, and proactive
• Strong knowledge of luxury airlines, hotels, dining, events, and premium travel products
