Harry Maxwell has been engaged to conduct an executive search for exceptional S26 certified Electrical Supervisors to support tier 1 Civil Construction & Mining Projects in the Pilbara.

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading highly skilled electrical teams across civil construction project requirements for Tier 1 sites in the Pilbara. This role will be responsible for the on-site management, direction and control of company and subcontract personnel engaged in mine site construction activities to meet cost, quality, safety/health/environmental and completion targets.

About the Role

• Supervise electrical crews on FIFO rosters at remote mining and infrastructure sites.
• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with Australian standards and safety protocols.
• Coordinate materials, schedules, and resources to keep projects on track and under control.
• Mentor and lead teams with a safety-first mindset and a results-driven approach.
• Interface with engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver excellence on every job.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of Supervision experience within a site-based mining/construction environment.
• Site-based maintenance and or construction electrical experience.
• Experience in pump stations & substations, dewatering or similar (Highly Regarded).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HV/LV installations, and instrumentation.
• Ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments with clear communication and accountability.
• S26 Certified
• Valid WA A Grade Electrical License
• Experience in NPI construction, pump stations & substations, dewatering or similar
• Current CPR/LVR & First Aid
• White Card & Valid Australian Driver’s License
• BHP, RTIO & Roy Hill inducted advantageous
