HCM Solutions Architect

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HCM Solutions Architect to join a major enterprise-wide Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation program valued at approximately $5 million. This large-scale initiative will modernise HR systems, processes, and workforce capabilities across a complex organisational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for the HCM program
• Define future-state HCM architecture, integration strategy, and technical roadmap
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Technology, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions
• Provide architectural guidance across implementation, configuration, integrations, data migration, and security

About You

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect within large-scale HCM or HRIS transformation programs
• Strong understanding of enterprise HCM platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Dayforce, or similar
• Experience working across integrations, data migration, security, reporting, and enterprise applications
