Exciting opportunity for a skilled Test Analyst to join a major aviation-focused program delivering critical systems and platform enhancements. This role offers the chance to work within a high-impact environment where quality assurance is key to operational performance and safety.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping testing strategy, driving execution, and ensuring high-quality delivery across complex systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategies, frameworks and methodologies

• Lead and coordinate testing activities across the project lifecycle

• Oversee test execution to ensure alignment with timelines and requirements

• Manage defects including identification, tracking and root cause analysis

• Provide clear reporting on testing progress, risks and quality metrics

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams

Key Skills

• Strong experience as a Test Analyst

• Background in both manual and automated testing

• Experience with tools such as Selenium, Azure Test Plans, or ServiceNow ATF

• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum or Waterfall delivery models

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lead testing efforts in complex delivery environments
