About The Position
This role provides administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. You will assist with a range of tasks including phone enquiries, scheduling, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping. The position offers flexible working hours and is well suited to someone seeking part-time work in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative and data entry tasks
Handle phone enquiries and direct calls appropriately
Assist with invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks
Support scheduling and coordination of activities
Maintain organised records and office systems
Skills And Experience Required
Previous administration experience (desirable)
Basic bookkeeping and invoicing knowledge
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage workload independently
Attention to detail and reliability
